On Wednesday, July 11th Buffalo River Fest Park will host their “Wednesday Night Summer Concert Series” at the park, located at 249 Ohio Street, Buffalo, New York. The concert will run from 6:30pm to 10pm and will feature the local band The Kensingtons.

The Kensingtons are a group of daytime professionals (attorneys, a banker, and a college professor) who enjoy making great music together. The perform all genres of music including Rock ‘n Roll, Acoustic Americana, British Invasion, Rockabilly, Alt Country, Traditional Country, Deep Cuts, B-sides and Originals. Band members include: Tim Franczyk, Jack Freedenberg, Michael Lillis, Tom Lillis, Joey Nicastro, Julie Atti Rogers, and Willie Schoellkopf. They play regularly at The Sportsmen’s Tavern and have also played at Larkinville and the Pausa Art House. For more information on the band visit their Facebook page.

Buffalo River Fest Park is located at 249 Ohio Street, Buffalo, NY 14204. Parking is free and widely available. No personal coolers are allowed at the park; however, refreshments are available for purchase, with proceeds supporting park maintenance and other riverfront development efforts. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. Rain will force concert cancellations, so please check the Buffalo River Fest Park Facebook page for updates.
