With no permit, The Valley Community Association was forced to cancel the “Old Neighborhood” St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 14. Rather than cancel all festivities, we decided to postpone the St. Patrick’s Day event to Saturday, September 19, 2020 when we will celebrate “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day.”
About the Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day Festivities:
On Saturday, September 19, 2020 our Grand Marshal Pat Dunbar along with our former Grand Marshal Jim Sumbrum will celebrate at Buffalo River Fest Park and the Tewksbury Lodge (249 Ohio Street). We will feature live music and a menu with corned beef dinners, corned beef sandwiches, salads, burgers by Tewksbury’s own Chef O’Betty. There will be grilled hot dogs for the kids. Festivities begin at 12pm. Please no coolers or outside food and beverages at this event.
